Chocolate Making 
Making Chocolate - a half day team building in Hanoi Our Master Chocolatier starts by giving teams a fascinating introduction to chocolate and the process of producing a variety of different flavoured truffles. Whilst you try to stop your mouth from watering, your group will be split into teams of 5 people and each team will have their own chocolate making station. All the necessary equipment is provided including chef hats, aprons, granite surfaces for 'tempering' and several other important untensils. Then it's onto the ingredients - plenty of flavourings and more melted chocolate with (Milk, Dark and White Chocolate). 

Each team will have a set time to complete the task and present their chocolates to the facilitators. Chocolates may be judged on a variety of categories including: 
Presentation 
Taste
Innovation
Style  

Each team will receive points from the judges and you even get to take your chocolates The Chocolate Making Event is a special team building program in Hanoi based challenge, so it can be run in conjunction with various types of training, for example sales, customer services, negociation and presentation skills. Making Chocolate - indoor team building event in Hanoi
