INTRODUCTION
Our popular Hungry Chef Team Building Cooking Program is another one of our leading workshops that captivates the taste buds and promotes creativity, teamwork & competition in a fun, aroma-filled environment. Typically structured as a half day team building event in Hanoi we preset a number of wonderful indoor Hungry Chef venues including throughout Hanoi and elsewhere on demand
A number of our Hungry Chef programs include visits to the colorful local markets where the fresh ingredients needed to prepare the tasty dishes are on display together with the intriguing hustle and bustle of the morning markets

DETAILS
Participants break into Hungry Chef Teams of 4-8 members and with their complimentary chef’s hats & aprons, work together to design a 3-dish menu, shop for ingredients using a set budget in the nearby local markets & prepare their teams meal using the cooking equipment and seasonings provided by IMA, all within a set time.
Each team presents their meal to the group in a nice lunch or dinner setting to be enjoyed by all participants and judged on originality, difficulty, presentation & taste by the other team members as well as our guest professional chef on hand to assist with preparation & cooking and the final judging.
 
A fun & highly effective teambuilding activity in Hanoi that facilitates: Teamwork, creativity, leadership, role delegation, trust, communication, & thinking outside the box.
